Pricing is per seat. A 4-person office starts from PKR 140,000 a month and a 10-person office from PKR 350,000 a month, with everything above included.
Prices are per seat, and a seat covers one person for one shift of up to 12 hours, at any time of day or night (for example 4am–2pm or 10am–6pm), at no extra cost. If a second shift uses the same desks, each extra person is an extra seat.

For teams of 30–500 people, RSpace designs and builds a managed headquarters, with the fit-out paid by RSpace and ready in about 90 days.

How quickly can we move into a private office?
Private offices are ready to move into the next day, so once you choose an office and sign, your team can start almost immediately.
Can we bring guests and clients?
Yes. Guests are welcome, and you can book a meeting room (1–4 people, PKR 2,500 an hour) or the boardroom (8–12 people, PKR 5,000 an hour).
Can we brand or change the office?
Yes. Private offices can be tailored to your team, at extra cost.
